Delivery

Standard shipping is free and included unless otherwise noted on the product's page. Rush shipping charges apply.

For standard delivery of in-stock items (this does not include items that are  shipped directly from our vendor to you), they will be shipped to you within two business days of placing your order. These items will typically arrive within seven days after shipping. Those items that are larger and coming directly from the vendor may take longer time. Orders that are placed over the weekend or holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders over $400 require a signature for delivery.

For shipping outside of United States, please email us directly at virginia@livingmactavish.com. Duties and taxes (including value added tax)  ​are the responsibility of the recipient. Living MacTavish cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance. Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government.

Returns & Exchanges

It's very important to us at Living MacTavish that you are happy with your purchase. If your order disappoints you and does not meet your expectations, please return the item within 14 days of receipt for credit, exchange or refund (excluding delivery charges). Returned accessories and apparel must be unworn and unwashed.

If you wish to return an item you received as a gift, please contact virginia@livingmactavish.com. We will either issue you a gift certificate or replace the item for something else you like.

Returns

Please insure and ship your return merchandise with the information requested on the back of your packing slip (including your name, address and zip code) to the address shown on your packing slip. We recommend insuring and retaining tracking information on your return shipment since we cannot give credit for items that do not arrive back at our office.

Returns Instructions

  • List the item(s) being returned on the back of your packing slip along with the reason for the return.
  • On the back of your packing slip, please indicate if you would like to exchange the item(s) or if you prefer a credit.
  • Include the packing slip with the returned item(s).
  • Repack the product in its original packaging materials, unless the package's condition is not suitable for a safe return.
